Q: My lighter doesn't work anymore. Can I get a replacement?
A: We want our customers to be happy. So, if you recently purchased our lighters on Amazon US and you can demonstrate that it is defective, Contact Us with your Amazon Order Number and your US mailing address (including zip code) we will send you a replacement directly. 

Q: Can I sell your lighters in my retail store?
A: Yes, if you can meet our minimum order quantity of 500 units.
